The Tariff and Pricing Policy Department of the Tyumen region executed FAS warning

The Antimonopoly Service was notified that the regional authority stopped violating the antimonopoly and tariff law.
As a result of an investigation launched upon a complaint of Urals Heat Supply Company (“UTSK” JSC), FAS established that the Tariff and Pricing Policy Department of the Tyumen regionhad decidedthat setting a fee for connecting facilities to the heating supply system of “UTSK” JSC would not be possible, which was in breach of the tariff and the antimonopoly laws.
According to the information obtained by FAS, the Department considered complaint of the heat supply company and set a fee for connecting facilities to its heating supply system on a case-by-case basis. The tariff is valid from 29.06.2016 to 31.12.2016.
