The book published on 24 October was prepared with support of specialists from the Institute of Competition Policy and Market Regulation of National Research University - Higher School of Economics
Book III includes practical comments on all latest explanations and decisions of FAS Presidium, analysis and summaries of practices of FAS Appeal Collegiums and the texts of the commented documents. The latter comprise not only acts issued by collegial bodies but also several most important explanations of the Central Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service given in the form of letters.
