FAS emphasizes the importance of observing the norms of the law and its interpretation

In 2016, FAS formed collegial bodies that are responsible for uniformity of the antimonopoly enforcement practice. Head of FAS Legal Department Artem Molchanov highlighted that now, when such bodies are established, parties to cases – both claimants and defendants – can appeal these acts to FAS Central Office.

The Antimonopoly Service and the Antimonopoly Experts Association have drafted a new review of administrative appeal practices in Q3 2019.
