Mr. Vitaly Korolev

• Position: Deputy Head of the FAS Russia

Vitaly Korolev was born on June 23, 1980 in Krasnoyarsk.

He has three higher educations, including in law and economics. He is Candidate of Sciences in Economics.

In 2001-2002 worked in OJSC "Krasnoyarsknefteproduct". In 2002-2005 worked in OJSC "Krasnoyarskenergo".

Since 2005 has been working in antimonopoly bodies. In August 2008, became the Head of the Department for Control over Electric Power Industry of the FAS Russia. In October 2015 was appointed as the Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.

Has been awarded of the Certificates of Honor of the FAS Russia in 2006 and 2010 for a significant personal contribution to the implementation of the state policy in the development of competition. Has been awarded Letters of acknowledgement in 2008 and 2009. In 2009, has been awarded the Certificate of Honor of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises "SUPPORT OF RUSSIA" for contribution to the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In 2012, has been given the title "The Honored Officer of the Antimonopoly Bodies". In 2014, by the Decree of the Ministry of Energy of Russia No. 166p has been awarded the title "The Honored Power Engineer". In 2015, has been awarded of the Letter of Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation.
