Was born on September 11, 1983. In 2004, graduated from Astrakhan State University, obtained a degree in “Economic Theory”.

In 2006, got a master’s degree at Moscow State University in “Economic Theory”. Has PhD in Economics.

2007-2008 – Senior Consultant of the Analytical Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service. February 13, 2008 – December 22, 2009 - Deputy Head of the Analytical Department of the FAS Russia. 2009 – 2015 - Head of the Department for Control over Industry and Defense of the FAS Russia.

By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 208-p of February 11, 2015, was appointed the Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.
