Daniil Fesyuk was born on February 8, 1972, in Tula.
In 1994, graduated from the Saint Petersburg Military Engineering-Technical University, specialized in "Industrial and Civil Construction".
In 2003, graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with the degree in "State and Municipal Administration".
In 1994-2005, served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on officer assignments, including more than 5 years in the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces.
In 2006, completed the courses of General Staff College of the Russian Federation´s armed force.
2005-2012 – Head of the Department of the Federal Service for Defense Contracts.
By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2012, No. 2022-p was appointed the Deputy Head of the Federal Service for Defense Contracts.
By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2014, No. 1282-p was appointed the Acting Head of the Federal Service for Defense Contracts.
By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 17, 2015, No. 31-p was appointed to the Deputy Head of the FAS Russia.
By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2016, was awarded with the title "Active State Advisor of the Russian Federation of the II degree".
He was awarded with "Order of the Merit of the Fatherland", II and I degree.
