In 2015, the first issue of the BRICS Competition Newsletter has been successfully brought to life by the Competition Commission of India on behalf of the BRICS Competition Authorities.

In accordance with the commitment, reached during the ICN Annual Conference that took place in Singapore on April 26-29, 2016, FAS Russia took over from the Competition Commission of India to prepare the second issue of the Newsletter.

The aim of the Newsletter is to promote competition law and policy in the beneficiary economies of BRICS and help these economies to exchange their latest experiences on competition law and policy issues.
