FAS has not made a decision yet on “Synergy” notification
On 24 February 2016 the “Vedomosti” newspaper published information that FAS had approved a notification filed by “Synergy” Agricultural Holding (Omsk) on acquiring 50% - 2 voting shares of a pig-breeding farm in Perm.
“In reality FAS has not made a decision yet on “Synergy Group” CJSC, it is under consideration” explained Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Andrey Tsyganov. “Also the buyer is not “Kalkfeld Holdings Limited” of Cyprus. “Synergy” plans to acquire freshly issued shares of the Perm pig-breeding farm to increase the company’s authorized capital”.
“Vedomosti”: FAS approved a notification from “Synergy” Agricultural Holding (Omsk) for acquiring 50% - 2 voting shares of a Perm pig-breeding farm. As reported earlier by “Kommersant”, the buyer is a Cyprus company – “Kalkfeld Holdings Limited”, which the pig-breeding farm owns 536 million RUB. The “Synergy Group” belongs to a member of Omsk legislature, Sergey Golovashyov.
