FAS is on the first place for the “quality of published open data sets”
“An assessment ofshares of up-to-date sets showed that only the Federal Antimonopoly Service has sets that are all up-to-date. FAS was on the first place in 2015 and Q1 2016”, emphasizes the Ranking of information published by the authorities in the open data format in Q1 2016, drafted by the Analytical Centre at the Government of the Russian Federation.
Open data sets are formed by generalizing and analyzing data on the interests of consumers of information about FAS work, obtained from FAS official web-site, from social networks and FAS Public Liaison Office. Data sets are continuously updated and new sets are being formed.
FAS is also in the top-3 bodies under the “Set Demand” criteria in 2015 and Q1 2016 – more than 50,000 downloads of data sets in 2015.
The Antimonopoly Service took the 5th place in the general ranking of published information in the format of open data for federal executive bodies, and is included in the top-10 bodies.
