“К-Telecom” executed FAS warning
On 22 March, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) issued a warning to “К-Telecom” (“WIN mobile”) upon elements of violating the antimonopoly law: creating discriminatory conditions for access of communications providers to the market of mobile radiotelephony services in the Republic of Crimea and Sebastopol.
In 2014 - 2016 “К-Telecom”was the onlyprovider with the necessary infrastructurethat rendered mobile radiotelephony services in the Republic of Crimea and Sebastopol to the company’s subscribers as well as subscribers of other providers in that territory.
“К-Telecom”informed FAS within the designated period about executing the warning.
As a result of executing the warning, “К-Telecom”eliminated elements of violating the antimonopoly law (creating discriminatory conditions). Therefore, the Federal Antimonopoly Service decided not to open a case.
