FAS informs school children about the profession of an antimonopoly specialist
On the eve of an international event – the “Competition Week in Russia”, that will take place on 26 - 28 September in the Moscow region, the Federal Antimonopoly Service continues talking with schoolchildren about the choice of their future profession.
Once again FAS was happy to greet high school students from Moscow schools. For those who are actively considering what career path to choose, it is important to learn first-hand what kind of public services are available, what are their advantages and differences from other types of activities. Students learned a lot of new things about the history of antimonopoly regulation, the objectives that FAS faces in its aspiration to create conditions for developing fair and healthy competition, FAS law-making practice and the methods of competition advocacy.
Future school graduates tried themselves in the role of competition protectors, actively participating in the “Creative has borders” master-class.
“Educate youth and train the new generation of antitrust workers, open new types of activities for them, ingrain the fair competition principles – today this is an important task for any adult responsible for the future of Russia”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS Public Relations Department, Lada Kablova.
