FAS discussed with lawyers the issues of improving relations in the field of services of network organizations

On 19 October 2016, the Federal Antimonopoly Service hosted a meeting of the Commission on Competition and Antimonopoly Law of the Russian Lawyers Association.  

Deputy Head of FAS, Co-Chairman of the Commission on Competition and Antimonopoly Law of the Russian Lawyers Association, Sergey Puzyrevsky gave the welcoming address to the colleagues. The key speaker was Andrey Smagin, a Commission member, the Head of Directorate on Legal and Regulatory Work, “FGC UES” PJSC.

The agenda included improving relations in the field of the services of network organizations in view of foreign tariff-setting experience, developing a legal mechanism for regulating relations between the Federal Grid Company (FGC) and other owners of the FGC facilities, as well as introducing installments covering expenses of network organizations for technological connection.

Having discussed these points, the Commission members covered other pressing issues in the field of competition law and antimonopoly legislation.
