“Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Krasnodar” received a FAS warning

On 30 December 2016, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia)issued a warning to “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Krasnodar” Ltd.The company avoided concluding a contract with “Krasnodargorgaz” JSC for supplying natural gas for further resale to end consumers (signs of violating Clause 5 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”).

According to the warning, “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Krasnodar” Ltd.must eliminatethesigns of violation by executing actions designed to conclude a contract with “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Krasnodar” Ltd.for supplying natural gas in 2017 by 16 January 2017.
