On 21 February 2017, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) opened a case against “Rostelecom” PJSC upon signs of breaching Clause 3 Part 1 Article 10 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

The case was opened upon failure of “Rostelecom” PJSC to execute a warning issued by FAS after considering a statement of “MegaFon” PJSC on imposing disadvantageous contract conditions in the part restricting traffic transfer between networks of zoned telephony within the same numbering zone.

The case hearing is scheduled on 28 March 2017.
