FAS considered a petition on acquiring “M.Video” PJSC

A decision was made based on market analysis to approve the transaction with an injunction

Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Kashevarov informed: “The Federal Antimonopoly Service considered a petition on acquiring the right that enables exercising business activity of “M.Video” PJSC. FAS analyzed the retail markets of household appliances, radio- and TV equipment, and decided to approve the transaction, issuing an injunction to exercise actions designed to support competition. The details of the decision and the injunction are not disclosed due to the confidentiality conditions of the transaction”.
