The Antimonopoly Service issued a warning to the company rendering services on certification and testing the systems and devices to call emergency response services for wheeled vehicles

On 10 March 2017, FAS warned “Svyaz-Certificate” Certification Centre” to eliminate signs of creating discriminatory conditions in the services for certification and testing the systems and devices to call emergency response services  and verify compliance with the state standards (GOST) [1].

The Antimonopoly Serviceestablished that in spite of uniformity of contact conditions and the timeframe for rendering such services the company fixed prices for “Fort-Telecom” Ltd. more than 50% lower than for other consumers.

Head of FAS Department for Industry Controlpointed out: “Such corporate actions can lead to creating discriminatory conditions and offering advantages to particular companies for doing business”.

In this context, FAS issues a warning to “Svyaz-Certificate” Certification Centre”,  according to which by 10 April 2017 the company should reduce ex-works prices for the services for certification and testing the systems and devices.
