The company that endangered capital repair of house roofs, is included in the Register of Unfair Suppliers

“Stroitelnie Tekhnologii” Ltd. avoided a contract for capital repair of house roofs in the Tomsk region

Earlier the Regional Capital Repair Fund of apartment blocks in the Tomsk region organized auctions for capital repair of two roof houses. The auction winner became “Stroitelnie Tekhnologii” Ltd.

Upon the auction results, the Fund dent draft contracts to the winner. According to the current law, the winner must sign a contract and sent it to the ordering party within ten days. “Stroitelnie Tekhnologii” Ltd. failed to do it, however, and also did not express an intention to honour its contractual obligations otherwise.

Thus, in the case in question, the auction winner avoided concluding contracts. As a result, information about “Stroitelnie Tekhnologii” Ltd. as an unfair supplier is provided for publishing in the relevant site for three years.

Head of FAS Department for Control over Construction and Natural Resources points out: “Capital repair works are of considerable social importance, delays on such works or their low quality have an adverse effect upon residents of apartment blocks.  Therefore, the measures aimed at preventing violations in capital repair, particularly, including unfair suppliers in the Register, are of special significance”.
