Manufacturer of aircraft bearings executed a FAS warning

“European Bearings Corporation Samara” OJSC executed FAS warning and terminated actions that contained signs of violating the antimonopoly law.

FAS established that “EBC Samara” OJSC that has the dominant position on the market of aircraft bearings supplied under Uniform Specifications-100 (ETU-100*), refused to conclude a contracts with “PromAviaTehknologii” CJSC for supplying bearings products.

FAS issued a warning to “EBC Samara” OJSC issued a warning to stop actions that have signs of violating the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” by concluding a contract with the counteragent.

“EBC Samara” OJSC notified FAS about signing an offer to the consumer for a bearings supply contract, therefore, terminating actions that have elements of violating the antimonopoly law.

ETU markings apply to antifriction, roller, jointed bearings for aircraft spare parts.
