FAS services in the electronic form

Individuals that have Internet access may take advantage of fast and contact-free document submission and receive all necessary without any loss of time and quality. All registered users of www.gosuslugi.ru have access to the portal services, including services offered by FAS.

The Portal of public and municipal services is a state information system that facilitates providing public and municipal services in the electronic form and access of applicants to information about public and municipal services designed to be disseminated via the Internet and placed in public and municipal information systems that keep the Registers of public and municipal services.

• Explanations on antimonopoly enforcement by federal antimonopoly bodies
• Considering requests on approving transactions under Part 6 Article 8 of No.57-FZ Federal Law “On the Procedure for Foreign Investments in Economic Entities of Strategic Importance for the National Defence and State Security” of 29.04.2008
• Initiating and investigating cases on violating the antimonopoly law of the Russian Federation
• Control over actions of the Market Council and organizations of commercial and technological infrastructure of the wholesale market of electric power (capacity)
• Control over participants of the wholesale and retail market of electric power that have an exclusive position on those markets  by redistribution of stock (shares) of the authorized capital of the wholesale market participants and their property, aggregate value of the set generating capacity of power station incorporated in the generating companies
• Control whether organizations, obligated to install, replace, operate metering devices for used energy resources, observe the requirements to conclude and execute contracts for installing, replacement, operation of such metering devices, the procedure for concluding it, and the recruitments to submit proposals on equipping metering devices for use of energy resources
• Control over observing the Information Disclosure Standards by participants of the wholesale and retail market of electric power
• Control whether legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, groups of persons and affiliated persons within the boundaries of the same price zone of the wholesale market observe prohibition for combining activities on transferring electric power transmission and operational dispatch management in the electric power industry with electric power generation and buying-and-selling
• Control whether competition-restricting agreement between economic entities comply with the antimonopoly law
• Control and supervision of actions of wholesale market participants in terms of manipulating prices for electric power (capacity)  on the wholesale market of electric power (capacity)
• Investigating cases opened upon signs of violating the law of the Russian Federation on advertising
• Coordinating acquiring shares (stock) in the authorized capital of commercial organizations, obtaining the basic means of production or intangible assets in ownership or use, acquiring rights enabling to determine the conditions of doing business by economic entities in the cases established by the antimonopoly law of the Russian Federation
• Coordinating founding and reorganizing commercial organizations in the cases established by the antimonopoly law of the Russian Federation.
