Court confirmed legitimacy of the fine imposed upon “Gazprom Gas Distribution Voronezh” OJSC

Earlier Voronezh OFAS fined the company over 471,000 RUB

The antimonopoly body received a complaint from “VoronezhTekhnoGazService” Ltd.

The company stated that “Gazprom Gas Distribution Voronezh” OJSC infringed its rights for technological connection of its projected gas-distribution networks to technologically related gas-distribution network, and, therefore, the right for exercising business activity associated to the gas transportation services.

Having investigated the case, Voronezh OFAS established that “Gazprom Gas Distribution Voronezh” OJSC had violated the Rules for determining and providing technological conditions for connecting capital construction facilities to engineering networks.

For this violation, the antimonopoly body fined “Gazprom Gas Distribution Voronezh” OJSC over 471,000 RUB.

The company filed a lawsuit appealing the decision of Voronezh OFAS. Court of First Instance dismissed the claim and confirmed the legitimacy of the fine.
