“Roszheldor” executed FAS warning

FAS was notified that “Roszheldor” executed a warning to stop actions that have signs of violating the antimonopoly law.

Earlier the antimonopoly body found that actions of “Roszheldor” - issuing No. VCh-30-r Order of 13 April 2015 – have signs of violating the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” (Part 1 Article 15), which formed the grounds for issuing the warning. Following the Order could have resulted in terminating operations of an economic entity (“East-Urals Terminal” Ltd.) on the market of stevedoring services.

“The institute of warnings once again proved its efficiency as a tool of preventative control. Using the tool allow to restore competitive environment rather promptly, without long administrative procedures and opening the cases, not to mention possible further judicial proceedings. In such cases we praise highly the parties’ ability to reach arrangements, admit shortcomings and voluntarily eliminate them, pointed out Head of FAS Fiscal Control Department Vladimir Mihselovin.

Part 1 Article 15 the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” prohibits federal executive bodies to pass acts and (or) exercise actions (omissions) that lead or can lead to preventing, restricting, eliminating competition.
