Warnings of the antimonopoly body are executed

Orel OFAS considered petitions from four managing organizations in Orel with regard to the electric power provider of last resort (“INTER RAO – Orel energy supplier” Ltd.) in the part of payment calculating and collecting money without a decreasing coefficient applied to consumers who reside in apartment blocks equipped with installed electric cookers, when changing a managing company.

In this case the goods price, determined by last resort supplier, differed from the prices set on the contracts with other buyers (a formed managing company that earlier was responsible for apartment buildings).

Having considered the petitions, OFAS issued four warnings to the provider of last resort requesting to stop such actions by adjusting calculations for the consumed electric power between “INTER RAO – Orel energy supplier” Ltd. and managing companies.

Orel energy supplier has informed the antimonopoly body about adjustments of   calculations for the consumed electric power between the last resort supplier and managing companies with regard to such apartment buildings, applying the tariffs for houses equipped with installed electric cookers: applying a decreasing coefficient. It means that the warnings were fully executed.
