Moscow Regional OFAS opened a case against “Magnit” and “Dixy” for creating discriminatory conditions for suppliers

Based on an unscheduled inspection, Moscow Regional OFAS revealed that supply contracts of “Tander” JSC and “Dixy-South” JSC (“Magnit” and “Dixy” retail chains) specified different remuneration conditions. It indicates discriminatory conditions for suppliers that are put in unequal conditions against each other.

Therefore, the antimonopoly body opened a case upon signs of violating Clause 1 Part 1 Article 13 of No.381-FZ Federal Law “On the fundamental principles of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation” of 28.12.2009.
