The company delayed the start of lift capital repair in the Arkhangelsk region for nearly 6 weeks

In May 2017 Arkhangelsk Regional Capital Repair Fund for Apartment Blocks organized a tender for capital repair of lift equipment in the houses across the region. “RusLift” Ltd. became the winner and the customer concluded a contract with the company.

Under the contract, the contractor was supposed to start repairing lift on 1 June. Nearly 1.5 months later “RusLift” Ltd. had not started the works and the customer terminated the contract.

Based on the above, information regarding “RusLift” Ltd. is included in the Register of Unfair Suppliers in Capital Repair for three years. The Register can be found on FAS web-site.

“Including unfair suppliers in the Register is on the measures to prevent violations in capital repair and guaranteeing residents of apartment blocks efficient spending of funds collected for capital repair”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS Rachik Petrosyan. “The companies included in the register lose a possibility to take part in the relevant tenders for three years, which is an additional incentive for contractors to perform high-quality work”.
