Dagestan OFAS fined “Gazprom” subsidiaries 900,000 RUB

The companies failed to submit information requested by OFAS within the timeframe established by the law

Having opened cases upon signs of violating the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, Dagestan OFAS requested “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Pyatigorsk” Ltd., “Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Dagestan” Ltd. and “Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Makhachkala” Ltd. to submit certain information and documents.

All three companies failed to submit the requested information, and OFAS opened administrative cases against them.

Upon considering administrative cases, the violators were fined in total 900,000 RUB.
