Andrey Tenishev informed foreign colleagues about Russian anti-cartel enforcement
He shared specifics of exposing and proving anticompetitive bid-rigging in Russia.
Andrey Tenishev, Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department took part in an international workshop on the “best practices and advanced cartel exposure methods” organized by OECD Regional Centre - Hungary in Budapest.
He discussed methods of organizing dawn raids and experience of planning anti-cartel investigations.
“International experts find Russian practice to be one of the best and dynamically developing. Indeed, in 7 years of result-oriented anti-cartel practice we have managed to achieve results comparable with other jurisdictions dozens or even hundred years of enforcement” stated Andrey Tenishev.
