On 31 October 2017, Crimea and Sebastopol OFAS issued a warning to the operator of Kerch ferry crossing – “Sea Directorate” Ltd. to stop actions that had elements of breaching the antimonopoly law.

Crimea OFAS established that “Sea Directorate” Ltd. requested owners of “Chapichev Major” and “Glifikous III” ferries to stop operations for a month.
