Arbitration Court of the Republic of Khakassia found that “MRSK Siberia” PJSC - "Khakasenergo" violated the antimonopoly law and pronounced legitimacy of the 2.4 million fine
In May 2017 Khakassia OFAS held “MRSK Siberia” PJSC administratively liable on a number of cases and imposed 600,000 RUB fines in the course of each administrative proceeding.
The company failed to observe the deadline for technological connection, which is punishable under Part 2 Article 9.12 of the Code on Administrative Violations. The total fines reached 2,400,000 RUB.
"Khakasenergo"disagreed with the decision and the administrative fine and filed a lawsuit.
