ANATOLY GOLOMOLZIN HAD A MEETING WITH THE STAFF OF SARATOV OFAS

Deputy Head of FAS discussed important areas and prospects of the efforts of the antimonopoly body on reducing roaming tariffs and specifics of investigating cases against “Google” and “Microsoft”.

On 9 November 2017 , upon the first day of the International Research-to-Practice Conference "Fuel-and-Energy Complex and Communications: important problems of antimonopoly and tariff regulation", organized as cooperation project of Saratov OFAS and Gagarin Saratov State Technical University on the basis of the Corporate Competence Centre, Deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin had a meeting with the staff of Saratov OFAS. Deputy Head of FAS Department for Regulating the Fuel-and-Energy Complex, Natalia Yakovenlko, also took part in the meeting.

Anatoly Golomolzin shared his impressions of the Conference and emphasized the significance of the event and thanked Head of Saratov OFAS, Lyudmila Borisova, for organizing it. He also pointed out at the valuable experience of Saratov OFAS on suppressing unfair competition, particularly, in the digital economy, currently used by the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova to defend its position at Court.
