FAS CONFIRMED COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW ISO 9001:2015 STANDARD

On 18 January the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) was awarded a Certificate of Conformity to the GOST ISO 9001-2015 quality standard (ISO 9001:2015).

 

The Certificate was handed over to Stats-Secretary, Deputy Head of FAS, Andrey Tsarikovskiy and Chief FAS Auditor, Anton Yemelyanov. The Certificate was presented by Head of a Management Systems Certification Authority – “Test-S.-Petersburg” Ltd., Andrey Vinogradov.

 

“During the certification procedure we analyze in-house business processes. And such an analyses gives a lot to FAS”, emphasized Andrey Tsarikovskiy.

 

He added that the Antimonopoly Service has changed radically since obtaining the first ISO Certificate: it has grown up several-fold and was assigned new functions – public defence procurement, tariff regulation.

 

“Thus, in many areas of FAS activity the audit was performed from scratch”, pointed out Deputy Head of FAS.

 

External re-certification audit took place in the structural units of FAS Central Office on 20 - 22 November 2017.
