FAS BOARD INDEXED THE RATES FOR AIR NAVIGATION SERVICE BY 4.8%
On 24 April 2018 FAS Board approved a draft Order “On amendments to Appendices 1-3 of No. 130-t/4 Order of the Federal Tariff Service “On approving the charge rates for air navigation services for aircrafts using the air space of the Russian Federation” of 29.04.2015”
The regulator made the decision based on an analysis of tariff rates and the financial model of “State ATM Corporation” to the level covering all economically justified costs including the costs required for meteorological supply and sources of investments aimed at ensuring flight safety.
Since the meteorological supply service is not rates separately, the decision does not increase the overall tariff burden upon airlines.
FAS emphasizes that imposing additional services upon airlines, apart from the services offered by “State ATM Corporation” is unacceptable.
