Vitaly Korolev was a speaker at a meeting chaired by Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, Yuri Chaika, in Khabarovsk

Participants included top officers of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation, regional Prosecutor’s Offices, members of the State Duma, top officials of ministries and departments.

Vitaly Korolevdrew attention to creating a system for protecting the rights of construction actors and considering complaints by FAS and its regional Offices about violations of the law committed by government bodies and infrastructure companies.

"The procedure allows to consider complaints within seven days, it enables to suppress the exposed violations and reestablish the rule of law promptly and efficiently ", pointed out Vitaly Korolev.

He also discussed improving capital construction.

"In recent years FAS has undertaken several steps to enhance the capital repair quality. It includes eliminating breakdowns of electronic trading facilities, allowing to put different types of works in the same lot, compiling and keeping the Register of unfair suppliers in capita repair – all these measures are in force, meaning considerable intensification of competition in this sector. It also prevents unfair suppliers that failed to properly execute contracts to continue taking part in tenders and creating a risk of further failing to honour their obligations", said Vitaly Korolev.
