FAS IS LOOKING WHETHER FARES TO NORILSK ARE TOO HIGH

An analysis is carried out due to numerous complaints from the population

 

FAS Office in the Krasnoyarsk region is instructed to review the situation, assess how many tickets are available and the level of summer-season fares, and find out whether the current prices are not the result of artificial restrictions, particularly, by Norilsk airport and a possible collusion.

 

Special attention will be paid to non-discriminatory access of airlines to the route with charter programmes during the summer season.

 

Should any violations be exposed, antimonopoly remedies will be used against air carriers and the airport.
