Administrative punishment for unlawful coordination of companies’ operations in the course of supplying equipment for Central Elections Committee

“Aquarius” Production Company” Ltd., “National Computer Corporation” Ltd., “Business Computer Group” Ltd. and “AMI-NETWORK” Ltd. concluded an anticompetitive agreement that resulted in maintaining price at an open electronic auction for supplying system blocs of “Elections” State Automated System. The companies’ economic operations were unlawfully coordinated by Hewlett Packard A.O.” CJSC

The companies are fined 2 500 000 RUB.

Stats-Secretary, Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Tsarikovskiy commented: “Determining the fine we considered a mitigating circumstance – supporting the antimonopoly body in the course of investigating the violation”.
