COURT PRONOUNCED LEGITIMACY OF A DECISION MADE BY MOSCOW REGIONAL OFAS ABOUT “MOESK” PJSC
Moscow Arbitration Court supported a fine imposed by the antimonopoly authority upon “MOESK” PJSC for breaching the Technological Connection Rules
Moscow regional OFAS found that the entity failed to carry out the technological connection of power-receiving devices in the Krasnogorsk District, the Moscow Region within the period specified by the Technological Connection Rules.
Moscow Regional OFAS held “MOESK” PJSC administratively liable and fined the company 600,000 RUB.
“MOESK” PJSCdisagreed with the OFAS decision and filed a lawsuit. Moscow Arbitration Courtdismissed the claim and confirmed legitimacy and reasonableness of the position taken by Moscow Regional OFAS.
