FAS AND SUBORDINATE ENTITIES INPLEMENTED ANTIMONOPOLY COMPLIANCE
The adopted documents are designed to prevent violations in the field of competition protection
Under the National Competition Development Plan and the Road Map approved by an order of the Government of the Russian Federation, the authorities and organizations subordinate to them must adopt legal acts on organizing in-house systems of compliance with the antimonopoly law.
Head of FAS Legal Department Artem Molchanov explained: “FAS drafted the guidelines for implementing antimonopoly compliance by the authorities. The Guidelines were approved by an order of the Government of the Russian Federation on18 October 2018.They specify the goals, objectives and principles of compliance, and list provisions to be included in legal acts of the authorities, Action Plans for reducing the risks of violating the antimonopoly law and reports on antimonopoly compliance. Moreover, the principles are formulated for exposing and evaluating risks as well as their matrix and requirements for a risk map”.
FAS, the Centre for Education and Methodics of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and FAS Information-and-Technical Centre adopted regulatory acts in accord with the Road Map for developing competition.
