“ENERGETIC” PAVLOVSK MUNICIPAL UNITARY PRODUCTION ENTERPRISE IS FINED FOR UNLAWFULLY OVERRATING THE FEE FOR TECHNOLOGICAL CONNECTION TO POWER NETWORKS

Voronezh OFAS held “Energetic” Pavlovsk Municipal Unitary Production Enterprise and its Director administratively liable

 

Early, the FAS Office in the Voronezh region received a statement from an individual entrepreneur regarding legitimacy of the actions undertaken by “Energetic” from Pavlovsk. In particular, the unitary production enterprise avoided a contract on technological connection to electricity mains. Furthermore, the petitioner also questioned legitimacy of the size of the technological connection fee.

 

The individual entrepreneur applied to “Energetic” Pavlovsk Municipal Unitary Production Enterprise to for technological connection due to increased capacity of a non-residential building.

 

In the course of the investigation, OFAS established that “Energetic” Pavlovsk Municipal Unitary Production Enterprise breached the established pricing procedure for the service on technological connection to electricity mains by unreasonably increasing the fee.

 

Liability for such violations is specified in Part 1 Article 9.21 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.

 

Base don the outcome of the case investigation, “Energetic” Pavlovsk Municipal Unitary Production Enterprise and its Director are held administratively liable in the form of fines.

 

Imposing the administrative penalty, the responsible officer took into account unsatisfactory financial standing of “Energetic” Pavlovsk Municipal Unitary Production Enterprise, and voluntary elimination of the violation so the fine was reduced (Part 3.2 Article 4.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations).
