FAS LAUNCHES A PROJECT ON BUILDING UP A TEAM OF POSITIVE CHANGES LEADERS - #LEADERSFAS

The aim is to develop personal and professional qualities of the employees, which will enhance FAS performance

 

On 15 April 2019, FAS starts a new staff project for its personnel - #LeadersFAS.

 

The backbone of the project is specially designed lectures and master-classes on antimonopoly regulation, the rationale of which is to develop personal efficiency, managerial and communicative skills.

 

The project participants will have to pass three testing stages and successfully complete dozens of business-cases, academic and sport contests, that will help identify the most competent and capable members of staff.

 

The new project integrates the best HR policies of the Antimonopoly Service for selecting and developing future Heads of FAS structural units / territorial offices and the modern methods of comprehensive assessment of personnel.

 

Deputy Head of FAS Alexei Dotsenko stated: “Potential of every staff member as well as possibilities for growth and development, both career and personal, are very important for FAS because it is our personnel – talented, concerned and ready to solve issues of any level of difficulty – are out foothold”.

 

The project is supervised by Deputy Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department and a finalist of the “Leaders of Russia” contest, Anton Teslenko, as well as Deputies of the Head of FAS Public Service Department, Elena Kosyanchuk and Elena Bobrova.

 

Based on the results of the six months of training and competitive selection, конкурсного отбора the Project Organizational Committee will determine five winners who will be assigned mentors from the best officials of the Antimonopoly Service, they also will receive a certificate for training and will be offered an opportunity for internship abroad.
