FAS STAFF RECEIVED HONORARY MENTIONS FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

At the extended meeting in Crimea, Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Igor Artemiev presented Honorary Mentions from the President of the Russian Federation to 13 FAS staff members.

Honorary Mentions in recognition of the efforts to control compliance with the antimonopoly law are received by:

- Head of FAS Department for Control over Aviation, Aerospace and Nuclear Industry, Dmitry Brykin;

- Head of FAS Department for Industry Control, Nelli Galimkhanova;

- Head of FAS Department for Regulating the Housing-and-Utility Complex, Alexei Matuykhin;

- Head of FAS Department for Control over Foreign Investments, Olesya Milchakova;

- Head of FAS Department for Control over Public Defence Procurement, Alexander Pudov;

- Head of FAS Legal Department in Public Defence Procurement, Denis Stukanov;

- Head of Tambov PFAS, Elena Grechishnikova;

- Head of Tula OFAS, Yuri Elagin;

- Head of Moscow Regional OFAS, Igor Zolotaryov;

- Head of Tver OFAS Vladimir Fomin;

Head of FAS presented Badges of Honour of the Federal Antimonopoly Service to Deputy Head of FAS Department for Control over Army and Navy Arms and Military Communications Engineering, Igor Baranov; Head of Khabarovsk OFAS Elena Kloster, Head of Chelyabinsk OFAS Anna Kozlova, Head of Karelia OFAS Artur Pryakhin, and Head of Murmansk OFAS Svetlana Chechinina for their contribution in competition development in Russia.

An assistant to Head of FAS, Aleftina Timoshenko, is awarded a III Degree Medal of the Federal Antimonopoly Service “For Distinguished Service” in recognition of her work in the field of antimonopoly control, control over public defence procurement, and government regulation of prices and tariffs.

Elena Zaeva, Head of FAS Department for Regulating Communications and Information Technologies, is recognized the Best FAS Speaker -2018.

Moscow Regional OFAS is the leader in the annual competition advocacy ranking between FAS regional Offices in 2018.

Natalya Martynyuk, Chelyabinsk OFAS won the “Press-Secretary of the Year -2018” Contest.

Head of FAS also presented Certificates of Appreciation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service to 10 FAS regional Offices for special service in supporting free competition and efficient protection of business and achieving top positions in the performance ranking of FAS regional Offices in 2018: Moscow Regional OFAS, Moscow OFAS, Udmurtia OFAS, Samara OFAS, Penza OFAS, Kaluga OFAS, Marii El OFAS, Kirov OFAS, Kabardino-Balkaria OFAS, Orel OFAS.
