JUDICIAL PRACTICE OF FAS REGIONAL OFFICES WAS DISCUSSED IN CRIMEA

Representatives of FAS regional Offices and judiciary had a business breakfast to discuss some aspects of challenging deals completed under No. 44-FZ Federal Law, recognizing deals void, and holding administratively liable and applying the norms of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
The event was moderated by Aleftina Timoshenko, an assistant to Head of FAS and Artem Molchanov, Head of FAS Legal Department.
Artem Molchanov commented on the practice of antimonopoly cases opened by the Antimonopoly Service and appealing its decisions at Courts.
Representatives of FAS regional Offices and judiciary discussed some other pressing issues and expressed hope for a continued dialogue.
