After business restructuring, “Ford Sollers Netherlands B.V.” will come under control of “Sollers” PJSC with joint management of the company

“Ford” will give the new group the right to manufacture, assemble and service “Ford” vehicles in Russia. If a special investment contracts is signed, “Ford” will support component localization on the basis of “Ford” in-house design.

The merger concerns Transit V363.

“Taking into account that the deal takes place due to “Ford” re-profiling its business in Russia and that the shareholding agreement will not affect the companies’ shares in the segment of light commercial transport, FAS made a positive decision”, commented Elena Filashina, Deputy Head of FAS Department for Industry Control.
