HOW TO ANALYZE RETAIL MARKETS?
Which factors should be taken into account, how geographic and product boundaries must be determined? The issues will be researched by specialists on related sectors in a Working Group that will be formed following a decision of the Methodological Council.
On 23 September 2019, Deputy Head of FAS Andrey Tsyganov chaired a session of the Methodological Council. Experts considered a review of antimonopoly enforcement by FAS collegial bodies, draft amendments to the Procedure for analyzing the state of competition on the markets1, and an initiative for antimonopoly bodies to implement а market power indicators calculation.
