FAS UPDATED ITS TIME-SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC DISCUSSIONS WITH SUBORDINATE SUBJECTS
No. 1325/19 FAS Order of 09.10.2019 updated the Time-Schedule of public discussions with subordinate subjects
The Federal Antimonopoly Service is involved in the reform of control-and-supervision activities.
The new system of public control will reduce the level of administrative costs upon business and the population, increase the quality of fulfilling control-and-supervision functions and reduce the level of damages to competition by violating the law.
The main form of preventative work is public discussions of enforcement practices.
2019 Time-Schedule of public event of the Central Office and regional Offices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service with subordinate subjects was approved by No. 94/19 FAS Order of 30.01.2019.
In accord with the departmental prevention programme, the Antimonopoly Service organizes quarterly public discussions involving the staff of sectoral structural units. Public events on countering anticompetitive agreements, organizing competitive bidding, public procurement and procurement by state-run companies, the housing-and-utilities sector, observing the law on advertising, etc., are organized on a regular basis.
More detailed information can be found in a special section on FAS official web-site and in the “Public Discussions” Section on web-sites of the regional offices of the antimonopoly authority.
