Sets show dynamics of achieving competition development targets in the regions of Russia in water drainage, water supply and heating supply

The data set – “Dynamics of achieving competition development targets by regions in water drainage” includes data about achieving competition development targets by regions. The site also contains new sets of data – “Dynamics of achieving competition development targets in cold water supply by regions” and “Dynamics of achieving competition development targets in heating supply by regions” that show similar statistics in other fields.

The data will be updated as new information becomes available.

 

Background:

Open data are information about FAS work published in machine-readable formats.

Open data are published in machine-readable format, which facilitates access of interested persons to them in order to process such data and generate valuable studies, applications, analytics, etc. Open data form some kind of a backbone for many socially useful and valuable projects.

The main consumers of open data are developers of applications and services who use open data as the baseline for their developments, as well as journalists and other stakeholders who can conduct in-depth social-and-economic academic research based on “raw” data on the main directions of improving the public administration system.

Users can use (reuse) open data, without entering into an agreement with the Federal Antimonopoly Service, without impediment, free-of-charge, not limited in time, gratuitously, with no territorial restrictions, particularly users can copy, publish, disseminate open data and combine them with other information, use open data for non-profit and commercial purposes, use open data to create computer programs and applications.
