Organizations did not submit information on the request of the antimonopoly authority

The FAS Russia issued fines to Mercury Classic LLC, Mercury Elite LLC, Tourbillon Holding LLC and TD TSUM JSC for refusing to submit information at the motivated request of the authority.

The FAS Russia sent a request for information to companies in connection with the failure to provide information during unscheduled on-site inspections.

The FAS Russia continues to carry out monitoring activities in this area, including with the support of foreign antimonopoly agencies.

“We are talking about global cross-border markets, including the e-commerce market. In this regard, we are establishing cooperation with our foreign colleagues in conducting this investigation. Attempts to delay the investigation without providing the authority with the necessary information will be suppressed by administrative fines,” commented Andrey Tenishev, Head of the Anti-Cartel Department of the FAS Russia.
