FAS INITIATED A CARTEL CASE AGAINST SUPPLIERS OF ELECTRIC GRID EQUIPMENT

FAS initiated a cartel case* against OOO Euro-Atlas, OOO Technical Service, OOO Everest-1, OOO Investactivgroup, OOO TD Integrated Energy Supply and OOO Telecommunications Complex Systems.
The authority suspects that the companies engaged into bid rigging for the needs of PAO Rosseti’s subsidiaries while bidding for the supply of power grid equipment worth more than 2 billion rubles.
The authority found the key evidence during its unscheduled on-site inspections.
The companies may face turnover fines in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
