FAS INITIATED A ROAD CARTEL CASE

As a result of the interaction of FAS with the Federal Security Service of Russia in Vladivostok Region, FAS initiated an antimonopoly case in relation to Stroydorservice LLC, Khabarovsk Dorsnab LLC and X-ROAD LLC.
FAS suspects the companies in bid rigging in the field of road construction in the Khabarovsk and Vladivostok territories. According to the preliminary assessment of FAS, the total income of the cartel may amount to 14 514 327 956 47 rubles.
If the companies are found liable, they will face turnover fines in accordance with the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
