Representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) took part in the Round Table on "Patenting Medicinal Drugs and Treatment Methods: Observing the Balance of Interests" organized by the Federal Intellectual Property Service (Rospatent). Participants discussed a number of pressing issues in legal protection of pharmaceutical inventions.

On 3 March 2016, the Head of the Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) for Transport Regulation, Dmitry Routenberg, took part in FAS workshop for the Heads of regional tariff bodies. He gave a report on regulating railway commuter transportation of passengers.

On 3 March 2016, Deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin discussed the main areas of FAS tariff policy at a workshop with representatives of FAS regional Offices and with the Heads of the regional executive bodies in the field of tariff-setting.

On 3 March 2016, Deputy Minister for Communications of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Evraev, discussed this and other opportunities at a workshop of the Antimonopoly Service on “Exercising powers in government regulation of prices (tariffs) for goods and services”.

On 3 March 2016, the Head of FAS Department for Regional Tariff Regulation, Yulia Popkova, analyzed the work on tariff disputes settlement and discussed possible cooperation between regional antimonopoly bodies and regional regulators.
