On 20 June 2017 FAS fined “Chechenenergo” JSC 350,000 RUB for improper execution of the Information Disclosure Standards by participants of the wholesale and retail markets of electric power, approved by No. 24 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 21 January 2004.

Failure to submit information about transferring electric power to particular categories of consumers resulted in a fine
On 20 June 2017, to exercise the powers to control government-regulated prices (tariffs), FAS imposed the minimum fine upon “Regional Energy Company” JSC – 50,000 RUB in view of the mitigating circumstances.
