INTERNATIONAL EVENT “THE RUSSIAN COMPETITION WEEK” 2018

21-08-2018 | 09:56

Traditionally, the agenda of the Russian Competition Week will include sessions of International Working Groups on research of competition issues in the ICT sector as well as in the pharmaceutical sector.

Within the framework of the Russian Competition Week, the International Round Table on Combating Cartels will be organized, at which participants once again will be able not only to discuss how to combat agreements restricting competition, but also to conduct investigation of hypothetic cartel case in an interesting game format.

A key moment of the Russian Competition Week’s agenda will be the Plenary Session, where participants will have the opportunity to discuss tendencies of competition policy development and share experiences on formation of approaches to the implementation of competition enforcement in current conditions.

Traditionally, the Russian Competition Week is held in the most beautiful and picturesque places of the Russian Federation. This year is no exception – Krasnodar Region is famous for its rich history, generosity of its land, wide spread of prairie and large lengths of seas.

Sochi is a unique part of Russia, where the sun is shining 300 days annually. This place is celebrated for its clear mountain air, healing springs, fresh mineral water and large variety of historical and natural monuments. On top of all this, Sochi was the host city of XXII Winter Olympic Games of 2014.

All the events of the Russian Competition Week are open for participation of any interested experts and will be supported by simultaneous Russian – English translation.

The Russian Competition Week is expected to be attended by the Governor and representatives of the Krasnodar Region Government, federal and regional executive bodies, business and academic communities.
